Additional House Rules

Parties & Events

Parties or events are not allowed under any circumstances.

Cleaning

Excessive cleaning fee: If the property is left in poor condition (dirty pots or pans, excessive trash, stains on floors, walls, or surfaces), an additional fee of USD 50 will apply.

Guests & Visitors

Additional guests: Unregistered visitors are not allowed.

Any undeclared additional guest will be charged according to the current rate in the app.

Occupancy limit: No more than 6 people are allowed in or on the property at any time.

Children & minors: Welcome, but they must be included in the reservation and travel with their parents or with a notarized authorization from the responsible adult.

Community Rules

Guests must comply with all building and community rules posted on the property or communicated by the host.

Additional Fees

Smoking inside the accommodation: USD 50 per day of the reservation.

Unauthorized late check-out: USD 20.

Stained or damaged sheets: USD 20.

Stained or damaged duvet: USD 30.

Violation of Rules

Failure to comply with the rules may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.

By booking, the guest agrees not to cause damage to the property, regardless of any disagreement with Airbnb or the host’s decisions.

If a violation affects the next guest’s stay, the responsible party must cover the resulting costs.

Washer & Dryer

Available for an additional fee.

Pets

Pets are allowed only if registered in the reservation.

Undeclared pets will result in an automatic charge of the applicable fee.

Any damage caused by pets will be charged according to repair or replacement costs.

Excessive pet hair: USD 60 additional deep-cleaning fee.

Pools & Social Areas

Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

A link will be sent to reserve the use of social areas, in accordance with condominium rules.

Some areas may have an additional cost not included in the accommodation rate.

Check-in & Identity Verification (Colombia)

In compliance with Law 2068 of 2020 and Resolution 700/2021 (TRA/SIAT), all travelers must:

• Complete the TRA/SIAT form before check-in with full name, document type and number, date of birth, and digital signature (mandatory).

• Upload a clear photo of each adult’s ID (both sides of national ID or passport).

• For minors: upload a photo of the Civil Registry (or passport if foreign) and complete their details.

• Present physical documents if the system requests additional verification.

Data Privacy

Information is used exclusively for:

• TRA/SIAT registration

• SIRE reporting for foreign travelers

• Entry authorization, access control, and security

Data is stored on secure servers.

Guests may exercise their rights to access, correct, or delete data in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 by contacting us through the app chat.

Access to the apartment and common areas is enabled only after completing the full registration process.
