As this is a residential building, condominium rules apply to ensure safety, comfort, and a peaceful environment for everyone, and guests are expected to follow these guidelines throughout their stay.

We’ll be available before, during, and after check-in to assist with questions, recommendations, or any needs that may arise, mainly via messaging. There will be no unnecessary visits to the apartment, but you can always expect prompt support whenever needed.

Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
Cleaning
Excessive cleaning fee: If the property is left in poor condition (dirty pots or pans, excessive trash, stains on floors, walls, or surfaces), an additional USD 50 cleaning fee will be applied.
Guests & Visitors
Additional guests: Visitors not included in the reservation are not allowed.
Any undeclared guest will be charged according to the rate shown in the app.
Occupancy limit: No more than 6 people are allowed on or inside the property at any time.
Children & minors: Children and infants are welcome but must be included in the reservation and travel with their parents or with a notarized authorization from their legal guardian.
Community rules
Guests must respect and comply with all building and community rules provided in the property or communicated by the host.
Additional fees
Smoking inside the apartment: USD 50 per day of the reservation.
Unauthorized late check-out: USD 20.
Stained or damaged sheets: USD 20.
Stained or damaged duvet: USD 30.
Rule violations
Failure to comply with house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
By booking, guests agree not to damage the property, regardless of any disputes with Airbnb or the host.
If rule violations affect the next guest’s stay, the responsible guest will be charged for all resulting costs.

Must be used properly and only with liquid detergent.
Pets
Pets are allowed only if registered in the reservation.
Undeclared pets will be charged according to the app’s listed pet fee.
Any damage caused by pets will be charged based on repair or replacement costs.
Excessive pet hair: additional USD 60 deep cleaning fee.
Pools & social areas
Operating hours: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Guests will receive a booking link to reserve access to social areas, subject to condominium rules.
Some amenities may require an additional fee, not included in the accommodation rate.
Identity Registration & Verification (Colombia)
In compliance with Law 2068 of 2020 and Resolution 700/2021 (TRA/SIAT), all guests must:
Complete the TRA/SIAT registration form before check-in, including full name, document type and number, date of birth, and digital signature (mandatory).
Upload a clear photo of each adult’s ID (both sides of ID card or passport).
For minors: upload a photo of the birth certificate (or passport for foreign minors) and complete their information.
Present physical documents if additional verification is required.
Data privacy
Information is used exclusively for:
TRA/SIAT registration
SIRE reporting for foreign guests
Access authorization, security, and building control
Data is stored on secure servers.
Guests may request access, correction, or deletion of their data in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 by contacting us via the app chat.
Access to the apartment and common areas is enabled only after completing the full registration process.
